As a small and responsible brand, our goal is to create the items that you truly need. By offering pre-orders, we can provide a wider selection of sizes and colors than we could otherwise. This approach allows you to influence our product offerings.

Pre-orders also contribute to our commitment to sustainability. By knowing the demand in advance, we can produce items more efficiently and avoid overproduction.

Pre-order means that the product is not in stock nor available for immediate delivery. A customer can order a product before or while the product is being manufactured. Pre-orders allow us to produce more responsibly and help us to meet demand better.

Pre-ordered products usually arrive within 6 weeks. The estimated schedule is visible on the product page of each PRE-ORDER product. If the schedule changes for reasons beyond our control, we get in contact with all customers that are waiting for their orders.

At the bottom of the page you will also find a link to the pre-order timetable, where you will find the schedules for all pre-order products.

Yes you can, but please note that your order will be sent out once the last item on the order has arrived at our warehouse. If you want to order both pre-ordered and in-stock products and you want the products quickly, we recommend placing two orders to get your in-stock items immediately. If you are not in a hurry and want to save on the shipping costs, you can add the in-stock products and the pre-order products to the same order. In this case, we will send your order as soon as all the products have arrived.

Of course! Our normal return policy also covers pre-ordered products. So you can order a pre-order product with peace of mind, and if you want to return products, you can do so within 14 days of the order arriving to you. The waiting period for pre-ordered products does not affect your right to return them, the return period is always 14 days from receiving the order.

Yes, you can always cancel your preorder if your situation changes or if you feel like the wait has been too long. You can do so by emailing us your order number and stating you’d want to cancel. No reason needed, and it’s completely ok if you need to cancel! We will refund your entire order amount including the shipping cost.

If the order has already been sent and you need to return the item(s), you can do so within 14 days from receiving the items. Our standard return policies apply on all preorder items as well.

On the product page you will find a size guide for each product, with a size chart showing the body measurements in different sizes. We recommend taking the body measurements with a flexible tape measure from the top of skin-tight clothing. If your measurements fall between the two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.

Products are ordered according to pre-ordered quantities, so extra products in all sizes and colors may not be available in stock. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to exchange a product for another size. You can still return the product. However, please contact us about an exchange so we can check the status of the products and see if an exchange is possible.
